To promote reconstruction on a national or global basis is a challenge that requires an informed citizenry willing to demand change with their pocketbooks. The investment in our current infrastructure is so staggering that the thought of its demise rocks the very foundation of economic stability. Unfortunately, there is more at stake than a global economy. The very health of the planet is in jeopardy.

Building unishell modular Permacast optimal detached superstructures will be a step toward a future less dependent on water, oil, coal natural gas, mass infrastructure, hazard insurance, taxes, and relief in case of natural or manmade disasters. It will also help deter war and terrorist threats.

The goal to engineer structures that are fire, wind, flood, and earthquake proof, that produce their own energy, recycle their air and water supply, and add zero contaminants to the ecosystem is the challenge. Modular designs for homes and businesses will be expandable and simple to renovate.
