Michael Atman, (aka) Michael St. Auder, is a native Coloradoan. His first two novels were published under the pen name Michael St. Auder, which proved to be confusing for the book industry since it was a play on his real name. Atman in Hinduism is the principle of life, the individual after enlightenment as in Brahman (from which everything comes and to which it returns). He borrows the name with respect to the philosophy.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology while embarking on a thirty-year career as a business owner in the precision machining and architectural millwork industries. He is now a full-time writer, photographer, and photo-art film editor/producer. His wife Patty collaborates and edits his works of fiction.
